We are committed to providing you with high-quality bedroom furniture and home furnishings. If you are not completely satisfied after receiving the product, we are willing to help you. Here is our return policy:
1. Return Application
- If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product.
- The returned product must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging to ensure the integrity of the product.
- Please provide the order number, purchase date, product photos and reason for return when applying for a return.
2. Return Conditions
Furniture products (bed frames, wardrobes, nightstands, etc.): If the product has quality problems or is damaged, we provide free return service. If you need to return the product for other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and the product must be kept in an unused state.
- Mattress products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, mattresses are not accepted for return after use unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality problem.
- Bedding, decorations (such as bedding sets, pillows, carpets, etc.): Unopened items can be returned within 30 days, and the returned items must keep the original packaging and labels intact. If the package has been opened, it cannot be returned unless there is a quality problem with the product.
3. Return process
1. Submit a return application: Please submit a return application via email or customer support page, and provide the necessary order information and photos.
2. Confirm the return: After receiving your return application, we will review and confirm the return. After the review is passed, we will provide a return label (if applicable) and relevant return instructions.
3. Return the goods: According to our return instructions, pack the goods safely and send them back to our designated warehouse address. Please ensure that the goods will not be damaged during transportation.
4. Refund processing: Once we receive the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will complete the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be refunded to your account according to the original payment method.
4. Return shipping costs
- Quality issues or wrong shipment: If the product has quality issues, is damaged or does not match the order, we will bear the return shipping costs.
- Returns for non-quality reasons: If the return is due to personal reasons (such as wrong size, dislike of color, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refund policy
- Once the returned product is confirmed to be correct and meets the return conditions, we will process the refund according to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal or other payment methods).
- The refund time may be delayed due to different payment methods. Generally, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
6. Non-returnable products
Once sold, the following products cannot be returned except for quality issues:
- Custom furniture or products made according to customer's special requirements
- Mattresses (unless there are quality defects)
- Opened and used bedding (such as pillows, sheets, quilts, etc.)
7. Damage and defects
- If the product is damaged or defective during transportation, please contact us within **7 days** after receiving the product and provide photos of the damaged or defective product. We will provide you with free return or exchange service.
8. Notes
- Please ensure that the returned product is well packaged during the return process to avoid damage during transportation.
- Return applications must comply with the above regulations. Returns will not be accepted if it exceeds 30 days or the product has been used.
